STAFFING COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

  • Identify qualified and suitable candidates for our clients. You will network, conduct interviews, pre-screen candidates for job opportunities, complete reference checks, and close the offer process, including any necessary negotiations
  • Maintain a consistently high placement rate through solid understanding of customer needs
  • Work with our internal hiring team to identify requirements, develop and execute recruitment strategies to ensure an efficient and effective hiring process
  • Contribute strategic ideas regarding sourcing candidates, marketing, selection strategies, and assessment tools
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection of employees using relationship-building skills to conduct candidate searches, interview, evaluate and recommend candidates for current and future needs
  • Generate qualified candidates through cost-effective efforts (utilizing Internet job boards, direct search, referrals, advertising, and search firms as required)
  • Maintain continuous contact with established and potential candidates and provide follow-up and updates, as appropriate
  • Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies based on in-depth understanding of available resources and customer business needs
