STAFFING COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
- Identify qualified and suitable candidates for our clients. You will network, conduct interviews, pre-screen candidates for job opportunities, complete reference checks, and close the offer process, including any necessary negotiations
- Maintain a consistently high placement rate through solid understanding of customer needs
- Work with our internal hiring team to identify requirements, develop and execute recruitment strategies to ensure an efficient and effective hiring process
- Contribute strategic ideas regarding sourcing candidates, marketing, selection strategies, and assessment tools
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of employees using relationship-building skills to conduct candidate searches, interview, evaluate and recommend candidates for current and future needs
- Generate qualified candidates through cost-effective efforts (utilizing Internet job boards, direct search, referrals, advertising, and search firms as required)
- Maintain continuous contact with established and potential candidates and provide follow-up and updates, as appropriate
- Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies based on in-depth understanding of available resources and customer business needs
