Referrral Program

We offer an Employer Referral Bonus if you are satisfied with Crown Personnel and refers a prospective employer to us. If you choose to recommend an employee that is terminating from your organization, the program also applies to you. To refer an applicant, or another employer, please contact the Human Resources Department via email at hr@crownpersonnelcanada.com or phone 416-907-4813 to request an application form. Be sure to put your name on the application form as the person referring the candidate or employer. Please ask your referral to give Human Resources your name (as the referring contact) upon registration.

To be awarded, certain conditions have to be met for the program. They are as follows:

If you are referring an applicant, that person has to be placed in a full-time position, and he/she has to have completed his/her probationary period three (3) months later.

If you are referring a prospective client or employer, that company would have had to register with us and used our personnel or consulting services.
