Recruitment Process
Crown Personnel’s recruiting process is designed to evaluate all of your employment needs and provide you with solutions to securing the best candidate. Our search process requires our professional staff to conduct a complete needs assessment to be able to offer the right, customized solutions, and provide you with expert knowledge of the industry.
The search process begins by developing a Corporate Profile to provide us with an understanding of your organization, its corporate culture, history, environment, and organizational structure. We would then develop a Candidate Profile, based on the position. We would identify the requirements of the job, the expectations, and qualifications, including experience, education, salary requirements, and location. This is designed to ensure we match the right personality type most suited to the position, as well as to your organization. Full background investigation covering employment history, education, and personal data will be completed for each individual who appears to be both interested and qualified. Comments on areas such as current compensation, salary expectations, level of interest, and motivation for change will also be included.
Upon completion of both profiles, an assigned Client Relations Officer will meet with you to review and discuss our findings. You will, at this time, make a decision upon those individuals who you are interested in pursuing further. An assigned Staffing Coordinator will proceed to schedule and conduct interviews with the selected individuals. Your company’s identity will be revealed only to those whom you wish us to interview. Documentation for each interviewed candidate will be forwarded to you outlining interview impressions, an assessment grid, and a more detailed candidate profile.
Your assigned Client Relations Officer will meet with you to determine the potential applicants you wish to interview directly. Crown Personnel will arrange the interviews and act as mediator throughout the negotiation process. We will conduct an in-depth reference verification, after you have decided whom you wish to appoint. After the references have been verified, Crown Personnel will make a verbal offer of employment to the selected applicant. Upon acceptance by the applicant, of the offer made, you will be required to present our applicant with an offer in writing. We will continue to liaise with the selected individual as he/she commences employment, and will continue to maintain contact on a regular basis, providing employment tips to ensure the success of this individual’s employment with your organization.
In order to maximize our efforts, we anticipate completion of the recruitment process to be within 2 weeks of receiving your approval to commence activity, providing you would have already registered with us.
