CLIENT RELATIONS OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts and work closely with the clients to develop strong relations, by identifying their short and long term staffing needs, and providing superior value-added service
  • Contribute to maximizing gross profit results by negotiating service provisions through knowledge of Crown Personnel services
  • Prospect for new customers by making cold calls to hiring managers and senior executives
  • Examine existing accounts to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
  • Create and deliver presentations
  • Close sales
  • Continuously identify client’s needs to generate business opportunities
  • Maintain superior customer relationships
  • Provide reports and updates on account status and issues
  • Penetrate client-recruiting operations in order to better understand staffing process
  • Develop high-level relationships with key clients
  • Establish relationships and sustain credibility with top contacts within the client organization
  • Establish best practices and case studies for developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Identify client hiring objectives and related employment communications needs to identify growth opportunities and prepare comprehensive strategy plans on a yearly or as-needed basis
  • Assist in presale and renewal meetings on major solution accounts as well as proactively looking for and identifying up-sell opportunities throughout the contract period
