CLIENT RELATIONS OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts and work closely with the clients to develop strong relations, by identifying their short and long term staffing needs, and providing superior value-added service
- Contribute to maximizing gross profit results by negotiating service provisions through knowledge of Crown Personnel services
- Prospect for new customers by making cold calls to hiring managers and senior executives
- Examine existing accounts to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
- Create and deliver presentations
- Close sales
- Continuously identify client’s needs to generate business opportunities
- Maintain superior customer relationships
- Provide reports and updates on account status and issues
- Penetrate client-recruiting operations in order to better understand staffing process
- Develop high-level relationships with key clients
- Establish relationships and sustain credibility with top contacts within the client organization
- Establish best practices and case studies for developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identify client hiring objectives and related employment communications needs to identify growth opportunities and prepare comprehensive strategy plans on a yearly or as-needed basis
- Assist in presale and renewal meetings on major solution accounts as well as proactively looking for and identifying up-sell opportunities throughout the contract period
