Qualifications:
- Excellent communications, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Exceptional sales skills with a proven ability to develop new clients, new sales strategies, and techniques
- Work with team members to drive the sales efforts for the organization
- Ability to be self managed
- Strategic thinker
- Extensive working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to deal with the pressure of aggressive sales targets
- Possess initiative and great energy
- Results-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
- Ability to form positive relationships and work effectively with various group dynamics
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize, and adapt to fluctuating work volumes
- Ability to exercise sound judgment with diplomacy and confidentiality
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Works well independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment
- Post secondary education, in a related field, is preferred
- Strong interactive presentation skills
- You must work well in a collaborative team oriented environment
- Participate in annual job fairs
