Qualifications:

  • Excellent communications, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional sales skills with a proven ability to develop new clients, new sales strategies, and techniques
  • Work with team members to drive the sales efforts for the organization
  • Ability to be self managed
  • Strategic thinker
  • Extensive working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to deal with the pressure of aggressive sales targets
  • Possess initiative and great energy
  • Results-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to form positive relationships and work effectively with various group dynamics
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize, and adapt to fluctuating work volumes
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment with diplomacy and confidentiality
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Works well independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment
  • Post secondary education, in a related field, is preferred
  • Strong interactive presentation skills
